COMPANY INTRODUCTION

OZOS Praha spol. s.r.o. has been established in 1993 year as trade and manufacturing company. Company was recorded in the Register of Trade administered by the Regional Trade Court in Prague, Section C, Record 21963, Date of record: July 21, 1993.

OZOS Praha was established by Ing. Miroslav Novak snr. An amendment in juridical status quo of the company was made in year 2001. Since then the company has two owners Ing. Miroslav Novak snr. and Ing. Miroslav Novak jr. with the equal rights.

Due to the widening of the activities of the company a daughter company OZOS SOFIA Ltd. was established in 2001 in Bulgaria. The OZOS SOFIA Ltd. is 100 % property of OZOS Praha.

In the trade representation office of the company in Sofia and in OZOS SOFIA Ltd are employed Czech and Bulgarian experts with long-term experience at foreign trade covering the range of activities of the OZOS Praha.
